✅ DILLIMAX – High-Strength, Fine-Grained Structural Steel (Quenched & Tempered)
Designed for excellent yield strength, toughness, and structural performance:
- DILLIMAX 690 (based on EN S690 QL / 1.8931 family)
- Versions:
- 690 B TL (basic grade, impact tested to -20 °C)
- 690 T TL (high-toughness, tested to -40 °C)
- 690 E TL (extra-toughness version, certified to -60 °C)
- DILLIMAX 890
- 890 B TL, 890 T TL, 890 E TL: same concept at higher strength level (S890 QL / 1.8940–1.8943)
- DILLIMAX 965 (S960 QL / ~1.8941); supplied as 965 B TL, 965 T TL; tested down to -40 °C
- Additional variants include DILLIMAX 1100, 500, 550, 500 PE (pressure equipment grades) per latest data sheets
✅ DILLIDUR – Wear-Resistant Steel Plates
Engineered for high resistance to abrasive wear:
- Grades include DILLIDUR 325L, 400, 450, 500, 550, 600, and IMPACT variants—air-hardened and optimized for long service life in harsh conditions
✅ DI-MC – Fine-Grained Thermomechanically Rolled Structural Steel
Suitable for offshore applications and heavy construction with improved weldability:
- Grades like DI-MC 460, DI-MC 500, and others, thermomechanically rolled for toughness, weldability, and resilience in large plates (~up to 120 mm)
✅ DICREST – Sour Service Steel Grades for Pressure Vessels
Designed for fabrication under sour gas exposure (H₂S environments):
- Conforming to ASTM and EN specifications, including DICREST and DICREST-PLUS grades (e.g. EN DH‑E18‑J, DH‑E82‑C)
✅ Shipbuilding & Constructional Plates
Dillinger produces a wide range of standard and structural steel plates up to S460–S690 yield strength:
- Common EN steel grades: S355J2N / NL / K2, S460N, S355NL, and S460MPa, supplied in thickness up to approx. 600 mm
- Structural and pipe construction grades, with custom marking and processing services available.
