Marking by Stamping or Laser

Full material traceability is an integral part of our quality assurance process. We provide permanent identification of materials using dot peen marking, micro-percussion stamping, laser engraving and industrial inkjet printing. Depending on customer requirements and material type, each marking method ensures clear identification, complete traceability and compliance with project documentation. Customer-specific marking, including heat numbers, material grades, purchase order numbers, logos and custom text, is available upon request.

Independent third-party inspection is often required for critical applications in the power generation, Oil & Gas, petrochemical and offshore industries. WTE PowerSteel can supply materials certified with EN 10204 3.2 and arrange inspections by internationally recognized certification bodies according to customer and project requirements.

WTE PowerSteel offers a range of packaging solutions designed to protect materials throughout storage and international transportation. Depending on the product, destination and customer requirements, materials can be supplied in standard bundles, protected bundles or certified export packaging.

Our packaging options include:

• Standard bundles with steel strapping
• Bundles with protected ends
• Bundles on customised fumigated wooden bases
• ISPM 15 certified wooden export boxes for air and sea freight
• Neutral packaging with customer-specific documentation and labeling

All export packaging is prepared to ensure maximum protection against mechanical damage, moisture and corrosion during transport. Wooden packaging complies with ISPM 15 / IPPC international regulations and is suitable for worldwide shipments. Customer logos, labels and documentation can be added upon request.

Export documentation

We provide complete export documentation to support smooth international shipments and customs clearance. Depending on the destination country and customer requirements, we can supply the following documents:

• MRN (Movement Reference Number) – Official export declaration for customs clearance within the European Union.
• EUR.1 Movement Certificate – Preferential certificate of origin used to obtain reduced or zero customs duties under applicable trade agreements.
• ATR.1 Certificate – Customs document used for the free movement of goods between the European Union and Türkiye.
• Certificate of Origin (CO) – Issued by the Chamber of Commerce to certify the country of origin of the goods.

For customers outside Europe, WTE PowerSteel offers a comprehensive European collection and consolidation service designed to simplify international procurement and reduce transportation costs.

We can source materials from multiple European manufacturers and suppliers, collect them at our distribution centre, verify material quality, inspection certificates and documentation, and consolidate the entire order into a single shipment. All materials are professionally repackaged and prepared for safe worldwide delivery.

This service enables our customers to purchase materials from multiple European sources while receiving one shipment, one supplier and one complete set of documentation, significantly reducing logistics costs, import administration and delivery complexity.

We arrange domestic and international deliveries according to agreed Incoterms® and customer requirements. Depending on the destination, transport mode and project conditions, we can support shipments under the following delivery terms:

• EXW – Ex Works
  Goods are made available at the agreed place of delivery.
• FCA – Free Carrier
  Goods are delivered to the carrier or nominated place agreed with the customer.
• DAP – Delivered at Place
  Goods are delivered to the agreed destination, ready for unloading.
