Looking for 1.4922, X20CrMoV12-1 or EN 10302 round bars?
WTE PowerSteel is a European supplier and stockholder of 1.4922 (X20CrMoV12-1) martensitic creep-resistant stainless steel for demanding high-temperature applications. We supply certified round bars with full material traceability, EN 10204 3.1 certification and fast worldwide delivery.
1.4922 is a quenched and tempered chromium-molybdenum-vanadium stainless steel developed for components operating under elevated temperatures and high mechanical loads. The alloy combines excellent creep resistance, oxidation resistance and long-term mechanical stability, making it a proven material for steam turbines, pressure equipment and thermal power generation.
The material is widely used for components exposed to steam and elevated temperatures up to approximately 580–600°C. Thanks to its excellent resistance to thermal fatigue and long-term dimensional stability, 1.4922 remains a preferred choice for maintenance, refurbishment and replacement parts in existing power plants and industrial installations.
Compared with conventional martensitic stainless steels, 1.4922 (X20CrMoV12-1) offers excellent creep strength, oxidation resistance and reliable performance at elevated temperatures. It is widely specified for turbine components, pressure equipment and high-temperature fasteners where long service life is essential.
